The 'Yellow Jacket'

The Yellow Jacket, as it's called, is an MSHA produced resource book designed to aid mine operators & supervisors in filling out form 7000-1 and 7000-2. This file is in ".PDF" format, and you will need Adobe Acrobat in order to read it.
